About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 631/2017 on approval of the Regulations on procedure for holding qualification examination on the admission to notarial activities and protest of its results

1. In the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 631/2017 on approval of the Regulations on procedure for holding qualification examination on the admission to notarial activities and protest of its results (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017,

Art. No. 316-321, 1574) to make the following changes:

Item 2 to add 1) with the offer "The Ministry of Justice informs the Commission on licensing on need of holding examination";

Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. This Provision is applied:

a) to persons who had professional training and persons interested to get the admission to notarial activities;

b) to the persons who passed qualification examination for the admission to notarial activities, but did not undergo tender on substitution of vacant positions of notaries (further - candidates)";

3) in Item 12 the word of "examination" shall be replaced with words "the organizations of examination";

The subitem 5) to state 4) in Item 14 in the following edition:

"5) detailed certificate of criminal record;";

Item 15 after the words "specifies the term of their provision" to add 5) with words ", taking into account term, stipulated in Item 13";

Appendix to add 6) with Item 16-2 of the following content:

"16-2. The mark "not pass grade" is awarded in the following cases:

1) the candidate does not conform to the requirements specified in Item 3;

2) the candidate did not submit all documents specified in Item 14, the submitted document does not conform to formal requirements or is overdue;
