1. The order of the Minister of Justice No. 1120/2016 on approval of the Regulations on conditions of carrying out tender for change of the territory of notarial activities (2016, No. 423 - 429, the Art. 2076) to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.

2. In the Regulations on procedure for holding qualification examination on the admission to notarial activities and protest of its results approved by the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 631/217 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 316 - 321, Art. 1577), to make the following changes:

Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5. The first stage consists of the answer to three practical questions from the civil law, the financial law, law of domestic relations, private international law, the notarial legislation and the notarial procedure";
