About approval of Changes in the Procedure for filling of customs declarations in form of the single administrative document
According to Article 202 of Chapter 29 of the Section VI of the Customs code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of August 22, 2024 to No. 3926-І X "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning implementation of some provisions of the Customs code of the European Union", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for filling of customs declarations in form of the single administrative document approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 651, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 14, 2012 at No. 1372/21684 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 23, 2022 No. 296) which are applied.
2. Determine that the declaration of temporary storage moves to customs authority in form of the single administrative document according to appendix 1 to the Convention on simplification of formalities in trade in goods of 1987.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
