About introduction of amendments to some Laws of Ukraine concerning assistance to development of volunteer activities among job seekers of education

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the fourth article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About professional (professional) education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 32, Art. 215; 2004, No. 8, Art. 67; 2018, No. 43, Art. 345; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of November 5, 2020 No. 990-IX) after the paragraph of the sixth to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"promotes implementation of volunteer activities, increase in its public prestige, development, support and encouragement of such activities among participants of educational process of organization of professional (professional) education in time, free from occupations".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the twelfth respectively paragraphs the eighth - the thirteenth.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About volunteer activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 42, Art. 435; 2015, No. 22, Art. 146):

Part third of Article 5 to add 1) with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"provide to the volunteer according to its requirement the written confirmation of implementation of volunteer activities by it with indication of the direction, the period and time of implementation of such activities";

2) in Article 7 part four:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"transfer of time of implementation of volunteer activities in practice in case of its compliance to the educational program of educational institution with the consent of educational institution";

after the paragraph of the fourth to add with two new paragraphs of the following content:
