1. Approve the Procedure for provision under lease of the parcels of land of the park beach area of the Lake Issyk Kul for the organization of public beaches and municipal public beaches in the territory of the Issyk kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the office of the plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Issyk kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to develop the instruction about procedure for determination of the amount of the rent for the right of the conclusion of lease agreements of the park beach area of the Lake Issyk Kul in a month;

2) till June 1, 2025 to create and enter the unified register of park beach areas of the Lake Issyk Kul.

3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About authority delegation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of public administration of the Issyk kul region on provision of the parcels of land which are in resort and recreational zone" of July 6, 2004 No. 501;
