About some questions connected with performing clinical trials (testing) of medicines and medical products

For the purpose of realization of part 4 of article 11 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drug circulation", article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the address of medical products", Agreements on the single principles and rules of drug circulation within the Eurasian Economic Union, 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides Agreements on the single principles and rules of the address of medical products (the products of medical appointment and medical equipment) within the Eurasian Economic Union signed on December 23, 2014 according to articles:

1. Approve the Procedure for performing clinical trials (testing) for medicines according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

- researches (testing) of medical products shall be conducted according to the Rules of carrying out clinical and clinical laboratory testing (researches) of medical products approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of February 12, 2016 No. 29;

- the realization of this resolution is enabled within the approved budget of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days from the date of official publication.
