About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 2023 No. 322 "About approval of Rules of crediting of projects in the field of agro-industrial complex"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 2023 No. 322 "About approval of Rules of crediting of projects in the field of agro-industrial complex" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 33364) the following changes:
in Rules of crediting of the projects in the field of agro-industrial complex approved by the specified order:
1) of Item 6 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) for 10 (ten) years at the remuneration rate 1 (one) percent;";
appendix to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of financial instruments and microcredit of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
