About approval of the Regulations on procedure for assignment to foreign citizens of the status "Digital nomad" ("Digital Nomad")

For the purpose of implementation of article 26-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for assignment to foreign citizens of the status "Digital nomad" ("Digital Nomad")" according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- in accordance with the established procedure to provide assignment to foreign citizens of the status "Digital nomad" ("Digital Nomad");

- on permanent basis to carry out monitoring of assignment of the status "Digital nomad" ("Digital Nomad");

- if necessary to attract state bodies, the specialized companies, the expert organizations and competent specialists to assessment of the type of activity declared by the foreign citizen.

3. To the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform accounting of number of foreign citizens - owners of the status "Digital nomad the" ("Digital Nomad") registered as individual entrepreneurs.

4. To the state committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time to take necessary measures for technical implementation of the Provision approved by Item 1 of this resolution.
