About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary non-tariff measure on import of some types of construction goods" of March 31, 2025 No. 169

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary non-tariff measure on import of some types of construction goods" of March 31, 2025 No. 169 the following change:

- to declare paragraph two of Item 1 invalid.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- no later than three calendar days from the effective date of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Eurasian economic commission on removal of the temporary restriction specified in Item 1 of this resolution;

- no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify the World Trade Organization on removal of the temporary restriction specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on removal of the temporary restriction specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
