1. Approve the "Preferential Crediting of Subjects of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship of the Kyrgyz Republic" project (further - the Project) according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

1) in coordination with Committee on the budget, economic and fiscal policy of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic for goal achievement of the Project to allocate 20000000 (twenty million) som from the republican budget for subsidizing of interest rates of the dug-out joint-stock company the microcredit company "Fund of Development of Entrepreneurship" (further - joint stock company "FRP);

2) to sign the relevant agreement on subsidizing of interest rates with JSC FRP;

3) to finance subsidies from means of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2025, and also to provide financing of expenses on payment of subsidies according to the Project the next years (the second, third, fourth and fifth tranches of subsidies);
