1. Create the state company "Kyrgyz Oil Company" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve the charter of the state company "Kyrgyz Oil Company" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1.
3. To the state agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to carry out state registration of the state company "Kyrgyz Oil Company" under the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in judicial authorities.
4. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 29, 2023 No. 291 the following change:
- to state the scheme of management of the State agency on management of state-owned property under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
