About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan
I DECIDE:
1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.
3. To the highest auditor chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for paragraphs of the fourth, fifth, sixth, tenth and forty first Item 2 and the paragraph of the sixteenth Item of 3 changes and amendments which become effective since January 1, 2028.
