I ORDER:
1. Approve Methods of sampling and methods of the analysis for control of levels of the microelements and contaminants which are formed as a result of conversion of foodstuff according to appendix.
2. This order shifts provisions of Regulations of 333/2007, sampling establishing methods and the analysis for control of levels of the microelements and pollutants which are formed as a result of conversion of foodstuff with the last amendments made to Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2022/2418 of December 9, 2022.
3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
4. The order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
