About cooperation of supervision bodies behind the market with Customs Service on safety issues and products compliance

Based on part (6) Article 27 and part (5) article 28 of the Law No. 162/2023 on supervision of the market and products compliance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 272-273, 468) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on procedures of cooperation between supervision bodies behind the market and Customs Service, according to appendix No. 1;

2) Methodology of idea of statistical data of the control which is carried out by Customs Service regarding safety and compliance of products, according to appendix No. 2.

2. The order of the Government No. 1076/2016 about approval of the Regulations on order of interaction of supervision bodies behind the market and Customs Service (2016, Art. No. 338-341, 1179) to declare the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova invalid.

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 27, 2024.
