The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories concerning realization within two years from the date of entry into force of this resolution of the pilot project on creation, implementation and ensuring functioning of the Management system by apartment houses (further - the pilot project).

2. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on creation, implementation and ensuring functioning of the Management system by apartment houses;

Procedure for maintaining the Management system by apartment houses in case of implementation of the pilot project on creation, implementation and ensuring functioning of the Management system by apartment houses.

3. Determine that the Management system apartment houses and the Register of management of apartment houses begin to function not later than in three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

4. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

5. To the ministry of development of communities and territories:

1) to provide electronic information exchange between the Management system by apartment houses and Single state electronic system in the field of construction regarding the data necessary for implementation of the pilot project;

2) to provide filling of the Register of management of apartment houses of the Management system of apartment houses of data about:

the certified persons which passed professional certification as "the manager (managing) of the apartment house (group of houses)" not later than in six months after entry into force of this resolution;

certification bodies of personnel as "the manager (managing) the apartment house (group of houses)" not later than in year after entry into force of this resolution;
