1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 18, 2003 No. 161/5 "About the size and payment procedure of services in putting down of apostille", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 19, 2003 at No. 1197/8518, the following changes:

The word "putting down" to replace 1) in heading and preamble with the word "putting down";

Item 1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1. Establish payment for provision of services on putting down of apostille on the official documents issued by judicial authorities, courts, the public archive institutions and also on the documents processed by notaries of Ukraine and held for use in the territory of other states in the amount of:

for physical persons - 0,2 of subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons;

for legal entities - 0,35 of subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons.

The payment for provision of services on putting down of apostille is levied in the corresponding size from the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established by the law for January 01 of calendar year in which the relevant documents for putting down of apostille are filed and rounded to the next 10 hryvnias.";
