1. Approve payments for use of radio-frequency range, according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
3. This resolution is subject to publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

1) the Purpose of this resolution is establishment of payments for use of radio-frequency range which shall perform the physical persons and/or legal entities having licenses to use of radio channels/radio frequencies and technical permissions and also, depending on circumstances, users of range, to subjects of the general permission issued according to the law including other users of radio channels/radio frequencies.
2) Payments for use of radio-frequency range do not include the VAT.
