partially Regulations (EU) No. 251/2014 of the European parliament and Council of February 26, 2014 about determination, the description, representation and labeling to the flavored grape and wine-making products and cancellation of Regulations (EES) No. 1601/91 of Council of CELEX: 32014R0251, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 84 of March 20, 2014, with the last amendments made by Regulations (EU) 2021/2117 of the European parliament and Council of December 2, 2021; and
The delegated regulations (EU) 2017/670 of the Commission of January 31, 2017 supplementing Regulations (EU) No. 251/2014 of the European parliament and Council concerning the permitted production processes for receipt of the flavored grape and wine-making products, CELEX: 32017R0670, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 97 of April 8, 2017.

In the Order of the Government No. 741/2017 about approval of the Regulations on determination, the description, representation and labeling of the flavored grape and wine-making products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 340-351, 846) to make the following changes:
1) in Item 3 the text "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" shall be replaced with words "The national agency on safety of foodstuff";
2) in the Provision:
