About approval of the Instruction about customs supervision of the goods transported by stationary transport installations

No. 527-531, 1321,, is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1888 from 29.12.2023).
3. The operator of stationary transport installation on transportation of natural gas represents on customs post "Transit Gas the Center" (MD231000) of Customs bureau to Chentr to the 20th the Act confirming amounts of the natural gas transported by stationary transport installations for the last month according to the sample stated in annex No. 1 to the Instruction about customs supervision of the goods transported by stationary transport installations.
4. The operator of stationary transport installation of the electric power represents on the appointed customs post to the 20th the Act confirming quantity of the electric power moved through system of transmission of electricity for the last month according to the sample stated in annex No. 2 to the Instruction about customs supervision of the goods transported stationary transport installations.
