About prohibition on the territories of the Republic of Moldova vaccination against classical plague of pigs

According to the item (7) and the item (9) and also for the purpose of simplification of further access to the new foreign markets of products of animal origin I ORDER to Art. 22 of the Law No. 221/2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities, item 14 of item 16 and item 19 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on safety of foodstuff approved by the Order of the Government No. 14/2023 about the organization and functioning of the National agency for safety of foodstuff, Art. 1.9.1 of Chapter 1.9 of the Code of health of land animals about official recognition of health of animal (WOAH) of the free status by the International organization for classical plague of pigs:

1. Prohibit preventive vaccination against classical plague of pigs.

2. By way of exception from item 1 of this order to allow vaccination only in case of the outbreaks of classical plague of pigs or for the purpose of accomplishment of the Program of strategic actions for supervision, prevention and fight against diseases of animals, for prevention of transfer of diseases to the person from animals and environment protection.

3. Prohibit import of vaccines against classical plague of pigs, except for case of implementation of the actions provided by item 2 of this order.

4. This order does not affect situation of articles 4-13 of the Law No. 119/2018 on medicines of veterinary appointment.

5. This order is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective from the date of publication.

6. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy director general by sanitary and veterinary part.
