1. Approve:

1.1. Method of calculation of rates for the services rendered by the Agency of water transport of the Republic of Moldova according to appendix No. 1;

1.2. The nomenclature of the services rendered by the Agency of water transport of the Republic of Moldova and the size of rates for the services rendered to them, according to appendix No. 2.

2. In the subitem 2) Item 12 of the Order of the Government No. 706/2018 on creation of the Agency of water transport of the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 285-294, 816), with subsequent changes, the text ", except for appendices No. 3 and 4" to exclude.
