About approval of the Concept of increase in ecological culture of the population for the period till 2030

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 30, 2025 No. UP-16 "About the State program on strategy implementation "Uzbekistan - 2030" in "Year of environmental protection and "green economy", further increase in efficiency of the undertaken measures for increase in ecological culture of the population, support of efforts of the state bodies in this direction performed in interaction with citizens, non-state non-profit organizations and other institutes of civil society, and also the initiatives of Ecological party of Uzbekistan directed to strengthening of ecological knowledge of citizens, I decide:

I. The expected target indicators

1. Determine main objective of adoption of this resolution achievement by 2030 of the following indicators:

(a) forming at 3,3 of one million pupils of the preschool educational organizations of ecological culture;

(b) strengthening at 4,2 of one million pupils of the organizations of system of general secondary education of ecological education and education, increase in their ecological culture;

(c) strengthening at 400 thousand pupils of the organizations of system of secondary vocational and professional education of ecological education and education, increase in their ecological culture;

(d) increase at 1,9 of one million students of system of the highest educational organizations of ecological culture;

(e) increase at 90 percent of employees of state bodies, the companies and organizations of ecological culture.

II. Program documents and mechanisms of their realization

2. Approve:

(a) The concept of increase in ecological culture for the period till 2030 (further - the Concept) according to appendix No. 1 *;
