1. Add Rules of representation in the federal executive body performing state registration of legal entities, physical persons as individual entrepreneurs and peasant farms, other state bodies and the organizations of data electronically, legal entities, physical persons, necessary for implementation of state registration, as individual entrepreneurs and peasant farms, and also for maintaining Unified State Registers of Legal Entities and individual entrepreneurs, and other data established by the Federal Laws, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 22, 2011 No. 1092 "About procedure for representation in the federal executive body performing state registration of legal entities, physical persons as individual entrepreneurs and peasant farms other state bodies and the organizations of data electronically, legal entities, physical persons, necessary for implementation of state registration, as individual entrepreneurs and peasant farms, and also for maintaining Unified State Registers of Legal Entities and individual entrepreneurs, and other data established by the Federal Laws" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 1, Art. 136; 2020, No. 32, Art. 5273), Item 6 (2) following content:

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
