The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of representation in the federal executive body performing state registration of legal entities, physical persons as individual entrepreneurs and peasant farms, other state bodies and the organizations of data electronically, legal entities, physical persons, necessary for implementation of state registration, as individual entrepreneurs and peasant farms and also for maintaining Unified State Registers of Legal Entities and individual entrepreneurs, and other data established by the Federal Laws;

the list of the data represented by the operator of the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information to the federal executive body performing state registration of legal entities, physical persons as individual entrepreneurs and peasant farms.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.05.2014 No. 462

3. Recognize invalid provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
