About the Commission on monitoring of expenditure of the funds allocated from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to item 4 of Article 59 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and for the purpose of implementation of monitoring of target, legal and effective use of the funds allocated from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan I DECIDE:

1. Create the Commission on monitoring of expenditure of the funds allocated from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Commission).

2. Approve enclosed:

1) provision and operating procedure of the Commission;

2) structure of the Commission.

3. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
