Approve algorithm of realization of pilot project, and also amendment to the requirement specification to the software for the purpose of rendering the state service "Issue of the Passport, Identity Certificates of Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in online format by means of the portal of the electronic government and mobile applications of service of documentation of the population because of expiration of the identity certificate.
