About approval of Rules of the description of the scheme of accomplishment of payment transactions

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 82 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", for the purpose of observance by participants of the payment market of requirements of the legislation of Ukraine when implementing of payment transactions by them the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Rules of the description of the scheme of accomplishment of payment transactions (further - Rules) which are attached.

2. The supplier of financial payment services (except bank) and the operator of payment system, performing activities on the date of entry into force of this resolution, shall develop and approve by internal documents of the scheme of accomplishment of payment transactions within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. The bank performing activities on the date of entry into force of this resolution shall develop and approve by internal documents of the scheme of accomplishment of payment transactions, specified in Item 12 of the Section II of Rules, within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

4. The supplier of financial payment services (including the supplier of financial payment services as member of payment service provider) has the right to continue implementation of payment transactions during the term determined in Items 2, 3 presents of the resolution.
