About bank support of the contract

For the purpose of increase in efficiency and transparency of execution of contracts in the field of public procurements, according to article 49 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) the Procedure for ensuring bank support of the contract in the field of public procurements according to appendix 1;

2) the List of banks, authorized to perform bank support of the contract in the field of public procurements, according to appendix 2.

2. To the buying organizations in case of application of bank support of the contract to provide step-by-step deduction of warranty ensuring execution of the contract from each payment on the basis of the signed act of the performed works in documentation on purchase and contracts.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) till January 1, 2026 together with the banks specified in appendix 2 to this resolution to develop and provide application of specialized credit and other banking products for the suppliers and collaborators attracted to execution of contracts concerning which bank support of the contract is provided;

2) to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
