About approval of the Standard form of the standard of measure of the state support of private entrepreneurship
According to subitem 2-8) of article 99 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Standard form of the standard of measures of the state support of private entrepreneurship.
2. To provide to department of the state support and protection of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
