About approval of the Regulations on industrial parks

For the purpose of implementation of Articles 27, 28 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About technological parks", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on industrial parks according to appendix.

2. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the means provided to the involved state bodies in the republican budget for the corresponding year and the next years.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on industrial parks

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The regulations on industrial parks (further - the Provision) are developed for the purpose of implementation of Articles 27, 28 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About technological parks" and establish requirements to industrial parks, managing companies of industrial parks and residents of the industrial park.

2. The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of creation and support of the industrial park:

1) the managing company of the industrial park is determined;
