1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2023 No. 408 "About approval of the list of the regulatory legal acts which are not subject to state registration in judicial authorities" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 32893), the following change:

To be reworded as follows the list of the regulatory legal acts which are not subject to state registration in judicial authorities, approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Ministers of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
