According to the paragraph the second Item 5 of the Procedure for the conducting raid checks (checks on the road) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 08, 2006 No. 1567 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 07, 2025 to No. 141), I ORDER:

1. Approve the Exhaustive list of questions on observance of requirements of the legislation on road transport which is checked during conducting raid check by officials of Public service of Ukraine on safety on the enclosed transport.

2. To provide to department of technical regulation on transport submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 07, 2025 No. 141 "About modification of the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 2006 No. 1567 and of May 19, 2023 No. 513, and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine", but not earlier than day of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Sergey Derkacha.
