Changes which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 379/2018 about the state control of business activity on the basis of risk analysis (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 133-141, 421), to make the following changes:

In all text of the resolution the text "The law No. 131 from on June 8, 2012 about the state control of business activity" in any grammatical form to replace 1) with the text "The law No. 131/2012 on the state control" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) add the Section II with part 5 of the following content:

"Part 5. Creation of the annual plan of checks by results of risk level assessment
