About formation of Appeal economic Court

For the purpose of realization of regulations of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on judicial system and the status of judges and the Code of civil legal proceedings of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Form Appeal economic Court, having determined it the permanent location the city of Minsk.

2. Create Appeal economic Court at the expense of the total number of judges and workers of offices of courts of law.

In case of refusal workers of offices of courts of law from transfer into work in Appeal economic Court employment relationships with them stop for cause of failure from further work in connection with change of essential working conditions.

3. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

4. To the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus:

till August 1, 2025 to introduce in accordance with the established procedure to the President of the Republic of Belarus offers to destination to positions of the chairman, vice-chairmen and judges of Appeal economic Court, to staff of presidium of Appeal economic Court;

till January 1, 2026 to take other measures of organizational nature aimed at providing activities of Appeal economic Court.

5. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.

6. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 3 – since November 1, 2025;

other provisions of this Decree – after its official publication.
