Based on the Order of the Government No. 192/2021 about approval of the Concept of the Program of direct sale of government securities to physical persons in the Republic of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2021, No. 249-253, the Art. 483), the Orders of the Government No. 69/2022 about approval of the Concept of the Information system "The Program of Direct Sale of Government Securities to Physical Persons in the Republic of Moldova" and modification of the order of the Government (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2022, No. 45-52, to the Art. 108) and Item 9, of subitem 11), the Orders of the Government No. 696/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Finance I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations about placement, trade and the redemption of the government securities intended for physical persons from the Republic of Moldova it (is applied).
2. This order becomes effective after one month from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, except for Chapters V, VII and VIII of Regulations about placement, trade and the redemption of the government securities intended for physical persons from the Republic of Moldova which will become effective since January 1, 2026.
