About modification of some orders of the Government (about some public organizations of sports profile)

Based on article 20 of the Law No. 330/1999 on physical culture and sport (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 83-86, 399), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 5 to the Order of the Government No. 146/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Education and Research (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 344), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in the Section "Organizations of the General Education" of line item 25, 27 and 33 to state in the following edition:

"25. Specialized sports school on gymnastic sports, мун. Chisinau";

"27. Specialized sports school on contact sports, мун. Chisinau";

"33. Specialized sports school on rugby, мун. Chisinau";

1.2. add with line item of 36-1 following content:

"36-1. Specialized sports school on chess and checkers, мун. Chisinau";

1.3. in the Section "Auxiliary and Adjacent Organizations of the Public Law" 5 to exclude line item.

2. The regulations on the organization and functioning of sports schools approved by the Order of the Government No. 31/2019 (2019, Art. No. 49-58, 93), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item of 161 following contents:

"161. The sports practiced in sports schools affirm the founder.".

3. To the Ministry of Education and Research:

3.1. within 30 days from the effective date of this resolution to review educational process at the schools specified in Item 1;

3.2. approve for the sports schools specified in Item 1:

3.2.1. sports - within 15 days from the effective date this resolution;

3.2.2. the staff list - within 20 days from the effective date this resolution;

3.2.3. regulations on the organization and functioning - within 45 days from the effective date this resolution.
