About modification of some orders of the Government (development of the modules connected with education system)
Based on Item b) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Item 13 of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the State register created by the Information system of the management in education approved by the Order of the Government No. 320/2024 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 260-263, 529), to add with the subitem 7) of the following content:
"7) the National cash desk of social insurance - provides data from the personal account of social insurance of person, according to regulations of the Order of the Government No. 399/2021 on approval of the Regulations on administration of the State register of individual accounting in the state system of social insurance which provides information by means of platform of interoperability (MConnect)."
2. Item 8 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Education and Research approved by the Order of the Government No. 146/2021 (2021, Art. No. 206-208, 344), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with subitem 9-1) of the following content:
"9-1) to get free access to the state information resources and systems which are at the disposal of other state bodies or organizational structures falling within the scope of their competence according to regulations and for the purpose of implementation of the obligations;".
3. In the Concept of the Information system of management in education approved by the Order of the Government No. 601/2020 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 212-220, 746), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
3.1. in Item 6:
3.1.1. 7) to state the subitem in the following edition:
