The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties proceeding from need of forward development of bilateral trade and economic relations, being guided by article 5 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation about mutual organization of the trade missions of October 22, 1992, agreed as follows:
Open department of the Trade mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Kazan and department of the Trade mission of the Russian Federation in the city of Almaty (further - departments of the trade missions).
Departments of the trade missions represent the interests of the states of the Parties on the questions concerning trade and other types of economic cooperation between the Parties within the powers established for them by the trade missions of the states of the Parties.
The head of department of the Trade mission acts within the powers provided to it by the Sales representative of the state of the Party and is under its direct supervision.
The head, employees, and also administrative technicians of department of the Trade mission use all privileges and immunities which are recognized according to international law behind the corresponding categories diplomatic and administrative technicians of foreign diplomatic representations.
Office and premises of department of the Trade mission, its property and archives use the immunities and privileges recognized according to international law for office and premises, property and archives of diplomatic representations.
The number of staff of department of the Trade mission does not exceed 5 people who are employees of all categories and citizens of the state of the Party which founded the Trade mission.
