About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2009 No. 229

Based on part two of Item 10 of the Regulations on state registration of subjects of the managing approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 1, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2009 No. 229, the following changes:

to add subitem 7.11 of Item 7 after paragraph two with the paragraph of the following content:

"about reference of the legal entity to state-financed organization *;

to add Item 7-1 after the paragraph of the fifth with the paragraph of the following content:

"about reference of state body and the state legal entity, the provision on whom is approved by the act of the legislation, to state-financed organization;".

2. To the Ministry of Justice till July 1, 2025:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution;

perform completion of the automated information system of the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for inclusion of data on reference of legal entities, state bodies and the state legal entities, provisions on whom are approved by acts of the legislation, to state-financed organizations;

take other measures for implementation of this resolution.
