For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment of monthly monetary compensations to separate categories of citizens" of April 18, 2025 132, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:

1. Establish the sizes of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges to separate categories of citizens according to appendix 1.

2. Approve Regulations on procedure for purpose of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges according to appendix 2.

3. To the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) since January 1, 2025 to make payment of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges according to the Regulations on procedure for purpose of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges approved by this resolution;

2) to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic timely financing of monthly monetary compensations in necessary amount at the expense of means of the republican budget.

5. To the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic to carry out work on refining of information about persons having the right to monthly monetary compensations according to the Regulations on procedure for purpose of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges approved by this resolution.

6. To plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, mayors of the cities of Bishkek, Osh (under approval):

1) to provide different types of additional social support to disabled citizens and needy families at the expense of means of local budgets;
