About approval of technique of cost determination of services in advisory support of projects of public-private partnership, including concessionary projects

According to the subitem 67) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 1011, I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Technique of cost determination of services in advisory support of projects of public-private partnership, including concessionary projects.

2. To provide to department of investment policy and development of the financial sector of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation within five working days from the date of signing of this order its direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for Item 6 of appendix of this order which becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
