About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Based on subitems 1.2 and 1.3 of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About state regulation of trade and public catering" and in pursuance of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2024 No. 45-Z "About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About precious metals and gemstones" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128-Z
1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 2002 No. 1312 "About approval by the Ministry of Finance of the list of assay works and services for which the payment, and also the size and procedure for its collection is levied".
3. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
paragraphs of the sixth and seventh of Item 8 of appendix – in three months after official publication of this resolution;
this Item, appendix Item 11 paragraph two – after official publication of this resolution;
other provisions of this resolution – since June 12, 2025.
