1. Approve Regulations on procedure for weapon handling, issue of licenses for production of hunting animals and carrying out hunting which is applied.

2. To the chairman of Republican committee on forest and hunting economy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of regional managements of forestry, the director of the Sevastopol state pilot lesookhotnichy farm to bring this order and the Provision to jurisdictional enterprises, organizations, the organizations, bodies of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine, the public hunting organizations and other users of hunting grounds.

3. To declare Goskomleskhoz's order of 27.12.2000 N153 "About Approval of the Instruction about Procedure for Issue of Licenses for Production of Hunting Animals and Procedure of Hunting for These Animals" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.03.2001 for N228/5419, invalid.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on Goskomleskhoz vice-chairmen according to their functional obligations.
