About approval of the Regulations on rules of carrying out hunting, weapon handling and procedure for issue of licenses for production of hunting animals

According to Articles 6, of 14, of 16, 17 Laws of Ukraine "About hunting economy and hunting", the Law of Ukraine "About fauna" and the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 23.04.2011 No. 500, ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on rules of carrying out hunting, weapon handling and procedure for issue of licenses for production of hunting animals which is applied.

2. Determine that this Provision is mandatory all users of hunting grounds of Ukraine and participants of hunting.

3. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of forestry of Ukraine of 02.04.2007 No. 129 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for weapon handling, issue of licenses for production of hunting animals and carrying out hunting", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 18.04.2007 for No. 389/13656.

4. To department of livestock production (Getya A. A.) provide provision of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Senya O. V.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
