I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Head of Department on ensuring activity of the courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan) to which changes and additions are made (further - the List) according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of coordination of work of local courts of Judicial administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy manager of Judicial administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for paragraphs of the seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth Item 2, of paragraphs of the twelfth, the thirteenth, the fourteenth, the fifteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, the eighteenth, the nineteenth, the twenty ninth, thirtieth, thirty first and thirty second Item 3 of the List which become effective since July 1, 2025.

4) production in the Supreme Court.";

"12. Each electronic document is loaded into system of submission of electronic documents in the form of the separate file. The name of the file provides identification of the document.

The applicant loads files in format * doc, * docx, * pdf, * xlsx. The maximum size of each file does not exceed 20 megabytes.

The multipage document is loaded by one integral file. In case of exceeding of 20 megabytes when loading the multipage document, its separation is allowed.";

1) the enclosed documents are unreadable;

2) the document is directed repeatedly and registered in IS WITH, except for the addresses of subjects to consideration according to APPK earlier;
