1) the order of the First deputy Premier-Ministra of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 12, 2020 No. 138 "About approval of Rules of carrying out monitoring of the obligation guaranteed by the state on support of export and financial condition of the national company performing functions on the support of export having the state warranty on export support" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20033);
2) the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 18, 2024 No. 220 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the First deputy Premier-Ministra of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 12, 2020 No. 138 "About approval of Rules of carrying out monitoring of the obligation guaranteed by the state on support of export and financial condition of the national company performing functions on the support of export having the state warranty on export support" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 34274).
3. To provide to department of the state borrowing of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
