About some questions of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 13) of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Determine the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning republican public institutions "Zone gidrogeologo-meliorative center", "The southern Kazakhstan gidrogeologo-meliorative expedition", "Kyzylorda gidrogeologo-meliorative expedition" (further - organizations).

2. To provide to the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) renaming of organizations;

2) approval of charters of organizations;

3) the state re-registration of organizations in judicial authorities;

4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
