About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning marking of alcoholic products federal special brands

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2020 No. 2348 "About marking of alcoholic products federal special brands" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 2, the Art. 399).

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.

4. Item 2 (in the part concerning implementation of purchase of alcoholic products at the organizations included in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation according to the paragraph the fourth Item 1 of article 12 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-containing Products and about Restriction of Consumption (Drinking) of Alcoholic Products" for import to the Russian Federation) and the paragraph of the seventh of item 4 of the changes approved by this resolution are applied since March 1, 2026.
