About temporary prohibition of import of separate types of raw materials supplied by the customer to customs area of Ukraine
According to article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About transactions with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Prohibit import till September 1, 2007 to customs area of Ukraine of goods of group 02 according to UKTVED as raw materials supplied by the customer.
2. Operation of this resolution does not extend to the goods of group 02 according to UKTVED imported before entry into force of its action as raw materials supplied by the customer.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
