About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2022 No. 2173

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of marking of beer, the drinks made on the basis of beer, and separate types of low alcohol drinks means of identification approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2022 No. 2173 "About approval of Rules of marking of beer, the drinks made on the basis of beer and separate types of low alcohol drinks means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning beer, the drinks made on the basis of beer and separate types of low alcohol drinks" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 49, Art. 8685; 2024, No. 23, Art. 3217).
2. Declare invalid Item 5 (regarding the paragraph of the twentieth Item 40 of Rules) changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2022 No. 2173 "About approval of Rules of marking of beer, the drinks made on the basis of beer, and separate types of low alcohol drinks means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, concerning beer, the drinks made on the basis of beer, and separate types of low alcohol drinks", approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2024 No. 746 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2022 No. 2173" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 23, of the Art. 3217).
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
